# How can I reach out for support?

During the hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm AEST, there are several ways to get in touch with your trainer or a member of our TAE Team:

1\. Message your trainer through **the envelope icon** in the LMS portal.

2\. Submit a support ticket by emailing **admin@taetrainingacademy.com.au**. A team member will respond to you within 24 hours.

3\. Call us at **1300 000 TAE (823)** – follow the instructions to connect with a support trainer. If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a message, and we will return your call promptly.
